Brazilian Beauty proudly took home the honourable Lord Mayors Business Award for Small Business Growth on October 10th at the stunning Brisbane City Hall. CEO Francesca Webster and COO Andrew Bryant have been delighted to see the franchise system gain formal recognition this year for it’s successful business mode;.
Lord Mayor Graham Quirk said the ninth annual Lord Mayor’s Business Awards recognised the local business community and its contribution to Brisbane’s $135 billion economy.
“Brazilian Beauty is a network of 19 independently operated salons throughout Australia,” Cr Quirk said.
“The judges were particularly impressed with how the brand has built to a place where growth can be achieved through franchising as well as how the company has invested in the culture of the company.”
Accepting this prestigious award, CEO Francesca Webster spoke about how Brazilian Beauty’s client is king, and how the company culture promotes treating team members, like clients. This has been integral to the growth of the company so far as well as a fantastic community of entrepreneurial Franchisees, is what will launch them further into future success.
With a 20th Store opening in Albany Creek early December and Flagship stores scheduled to open in Melbourne and Sydney in 2015, Brazilian Beauty is well on it’s way to reaching it’s goal of 50 salons nationally in the next five years.
