Francesca was invited to discuss the advances made in beauty industry technology, and the next steps for Brazilian Beauty. Under focus was the need for an in-house, individually developed and tailored CRM, which understandably requires considerable growth to create a demand for it.

Francesca takes pride in Brazilian Beauty’s leadership in the beauty industry.

“Our customer service is top-notch, and our policies and procedures set the bar far above that of other beauty franchises.”

However, perfection is far from achieved.

“There is a world of opportunity here. We have the experience, the capability and the innovation required to develop both broad and specific technologies for the beauty industry as a whole, but for now we’ll keep our cards close to out chest. There is no reason for us to divulge the reasons for our success with the competition, unless it leads to increased profit.”
