Twice As Nice For Two BB Salons

This year Brazilian Beauty Fairfield and Spring Hill celebrated an exciting milestone, their first birthdays!

Helen Clifton from Fairfield and Helen Crook from Spring Hill celebrated one year as Brazilian Beauty Franchisees. We spoke with each Franchisee to find out how they’re enjoying their BB journey…

What has been your favourite part about owning a Brazilian Beauty?

Helen Clifton: I think my favourite part of the journey has been working closely with BB Head Office to build a strong team through recruitment and training.

Helen Crook: I agree, I definitely think having the support as a new business owner is crucial the the salon’s ongoing success

Why did you choose a BB Franchise?

Helen Clifton: I have always admired Brazilian Beauty as a company for their marketing, branding and strong emphasis on customer service.

Helen Crook: I like the policies, procedures, format, support and philosophy of the BB system. I particularly like the time taken to invest in the team.

Tell us about your salon…

Helen Clifton: I think Brazilian Beauty Fairfield is filling a void in the marketplace. People living in the inner city southern suburbs have expressed to me that they are very excited to finally have a Brazilian Beauty on their doorstep. We will be offering a full service salon with with four treatment rooms and a tanning room.

Helen Crook: We’re located in the Spring Hill Market Place, corner of Turbot and Boundary Street. There is a very busy Woolworths, gym, café, bakery, and medical centre. We are surrounded by inner city apartments, businesses and schools, in particular All Hallows Girls’ School. Our salon is certainly a gorgeous addition to this busy inner city hub!

How will you celebrate your Birthday?

Helen Clifton: We haven’t yet! We’re busily preparing our B’day Week with complimentary treatments when you spend over $100 in salon, plus your chance to win a $200 gift voucher. We will of course have plenty of cake and balloons to celebrate

Helen Crook: Our Birthday week was a hit! We had lots of happy clients coming in to help us celebrate. We spoiled our clients with complimentary treatments and gave away a voucher worth $200. It was an amazing birthday week!
