Yes, we will have full involvement working with you to recruit and train all your initial team members.
The timing of your store opening is dependent on the franchise documents being prepared and signed, lease commencement date, salon design approval, shop fit-out period and completion of all training. Brazilian Beauty negotiates the commercial terms of the lease, including the handover date and will take the head lease on the approved tenancy.
A date suitable to you, to the landlord and to the Brazilian Beauty support team will be determined once all factors are confirmed. A documented schedule of events will guide you through this process. A period of between 6 and 12 weeks should be allowed.
Not necessarily. The Brazilian Beauty system allows for both hands-on and absentee owners. All franchise owners are required to go through the pre-opening training program and to demonstrate the competencies required to run a successful Brazilian Beauty franchise.
Whether you are in the store day to day or working from elsewhere, you will need to understand, train and nurture your team ongoing in all systems, policies and procedures and follow a franchisee position description.

The two weeks prior to your salon opening will be spent training and inducting your new team and completing specialist technical training within your salon. We will also use this time to help you set up the salon for trading.
A member of the Brazilian Beauty support team will be allocated to your salon for the first 2 weeks of trading to help you settle in and to cover any unforeseen challenges that you may encounter.
No. Whilst previous experience of owning your own business and managing a team is advantageous, it is not a prerequisite. Brazilian Beauty welcomes first time business owners with the right personality, drive and passion for their future in business and will monitor and support you along your journey to success.
No. The most important thing is that you are focussed on customer service, enjoy leadership, working with a team and have a love of the Beauty Industry.
Turnover varies from location to location. Current Brazilian Beauty franchises experience rapid growth and are cash flow positive within the first year. Samples of turnover and profitability will be made available to you with the franchise agreement and can be discussed in more detail at that time. Brazilian Beauty has an expectation for every store to achieve certain KPI’s and monitors and coaches each franchisee to achieve these goals.
Brazilian Beauty franchises have the ability to return a healthy profit when fully managed. Franchisees who work in their business may also choose to take a wage and therefore achieve a higher return.
Yes. You pay an on-going royalty of 7% of gross turnover fortnightly. An additional 3% of gross turnover is required as a contribution to the Brazilian Beauty Marketing Fund. This contribution is transparent and goes toward:
The average investment range required to open a Brazilian Beauty franchise is between $250,000 and $350,000. Considerations such as the size, condition and location of the tenancy housing your salon can vary greatly.
