  Currently, great territories are available in all states. We wont put another Brazilian Beauty location too close to you. 

• How long until I am up and running?

  ---

  The timing of your store opening is dependent on you and how long it takes you to find a location

  Or

  If you already have a salon, spa or clinic that you wish to convert its can happen in a couple of weeks. 

• Will I have help and guidance in recruiting and training my team?

  Yes, we will have full suite of documents to help you recruit and train all your initial team members and a HR expert in house to guide you along the way.

• Am I required to work in the store?

  ---

  It’s your business, initially we highly recommend working in your business to understand the day to day operation, after all, you’ve invested in a business that hopefully you love and want to be part of. 

  Once your business is trading successfully you can take a step back and let the team that you’ve trained run the show. 

  Be aware that if the business isn’t performing to your expectations, you’ll need to slip back into the day to day operational role to steer your business back on track. 

• Is training provided?

  Yes, depending on your ability level, training is provided online or, face to face, on a pay as you go basis via the Skin and Beauty Training Center. 

  Some operators will need more training than others, rather then fit everyone in a box we would prefer to let you choose your own requirements. 

   

• Is previous experience in owning your own business required?

  ---

  Whilst previous experience of owning your own business and managing a team is advantageous, it is not a prerequisite. Brazilian Beauty welcomes first time business owners with the right personality, drive and passion to learn. 

   

• Is previous experience as a beauty therapist required?

  ---

  No. The most important thing is that you are focused on customer service, enjoy leadership, working with a team and are prepared to attend courses and are pro active with regard to your personal development.

• What kind of return can I expect?

  ---

  Turnover varies from location to location. Current Brazilian Beauty franchises experience rapid and positive growth within the first year. Samples of turnover and profitability will be made available to you with the franchise agreement and can be discussed in more detail at that time. Brazilian Beauty has an expectation for every store to achieve certain KPI’s and monitors and coaches each franchisee to achieve these goals.

  Brazilian Beauty franchises have the ability to return a healthy profit when fully managed. Franchisees who work in their business may also choose to take a wage and therefore achieve a higher return.

• Are there any on-going fees after the salon opens?

  Yes. You pay an on-going royalty of 7% of gross turnover fortnightly. An additional 3% of gross turnover is required as a contribution to the Brazilian Beauty Marketing Fund. This contribution is transparent and goes toward:

  • Brand development.
  • Web site development and maintenance.
  • Marketing, Point-of-Sale, advertising initiatives and support material.
  • Promotional activity generated from head office including print ads and flyers for magazines, radio and internet advertising, Google adwords, and Facebook advertising.
  • Product development.

• What will my initial investment be?
