TRAINING Brazilian Beauty share knowledge and resources and believe quality measurable initial and ongoing training is essential to the group’s success. Brazilian Beauty take pride in the structured training programmes delivered and has a dedicated Training Manager to deliver the following training and education strategies.  

  • New salon: New Franchisee Training Programme (4 weeks)
  • New Salon: New Salon Opening Team Member Training Programme (2 weeks)
  • Existing Salon: New Team Member Induction (4 day)
  • Advanced team Member Therapy Skills (2 days)
  • Monthly Manager Meeting and Training (4 hours monthly)
  • Monthly Franchisee Meeting (4 Hours monthly)

SKILLS You do not need to be a Beauty Therapist to run a successful Brazilian Beauty Franchise, in fact only one Brazilian Beauty franchisee is a beauty therapist. Brazilian Beauty Franchisees come from a wide range of backgrounds from pre-school teachers, bankers, IT, accountancy and bookkeeping. A Brazilian Beauty franchisee ideally will have great organisational skills and some financial management knowledge.  The desire to manage, mentor and lead a team, enjoys following systems and has a passion for customer service delivery.

HISTORY Brazilian Beauty was founded in 2004 by Francesca Webster and Andrew Bryant in New Farm, Brisbane.  The team commenced franchising in 2006 and have grown year on year sustainably to 14 profitable locations across 4 states in Australia. Franchisee lifestyle and profitability are the key drivers to deliver the brand vision of clients Looking and Feeling Gorgeous.

GUIDANCE We work with you every step of the way ensuring your beauty business journey is both pleasurable and profitable. From site selection to salon design, shopfitting, team selection, recruitment and training, to salon setup and opening promotion and marketing. And it doesn’t stop when your salon doors are open, we have regular weekly support, mentoring and coaching of both you as a franchisee and your entire team.

SITE SELECTION We will work with you to seek out, negotiate and finalise the ideal location for your new salon, taking into consideration socioeconomics and ideal target demographics.

TEAM RECRUITMENT Hand in hand with you we will select, interview, induct and train your entire team.

TRAINING In depth four week franchisee training for you and two weeks technical hands-on training for your new team members, plus a dedicated BB team manager present for your first two weeks of opening.

ONGOING FRANCHISEE AND TEAM TRAINING Each and every franchisee and team member has access to ongoing training at Head Office, Weekly and Monthly coaching, one on one and group sessions.

DIGITAL MARKETING At no extra cost to you, an ongoing fully managed targeted corporate digital marketing strategy, including online booking, Facebook, Google Adwords and Organic Google search terms will be rolled out specific to your salon location. You will never have to worry about corporate Facebook or Digital Marketing, we do all the work for you. However, each salon is required to use Instagram and Facebook as a Local Area Marketing tool to engage with clients.

BRANDING Use of the Brazilian Beauty brand and access to all Brazilian Beauty literature stationary, price lists, signage and all related branding.

LEADING SALON BENCHMARKS AND KPI’S Financial strategy management is a key focus at Brazilian Beauty,weekly mentoring in the leading industry KPI management and achievement.
