Since founding Brazilian Beauty Francesca has learnt how to succeed in several new highly competitive industries, the beauty industry, the franchise sector and the digital marketing space. Francesca has built her beauty business around the idea of nurturing successful women. In 2004 she opened Brazilian Beauty because she wanted to use her corporate skills and strong drive to give others the opportunity to succeed as business women in their own right.
As Brazilian Beauty’s ASI Trainer, Chelsea is responsible for the continual education and training of team members on The Australian Skin Institute’s range of cosmeceutical skincare. Chelsea is passionate about researching and developing high-quality, results-driven treatments and products to provide Brazilian Beauty clients with expert care and products.
Wizzy oversees the Marketing and Development of ASI and Brazilian Beauty to ensure growth and support for Franchisees. While maintaining overall ASI and Brazilian Beauty Marketing, Wizzy works directly with the CEO Francesca Webster on Brand Innovation, Growth, and Development.
The Brazilian Beauty franchise system philosophy is centred on creating a business system that motivates and nurtures our franchisees and team members to support the brand vision, that is, to ensure each and every client leaves the salon 100% delighted by the Brazilian Beauty experience.
