Megan Gower, franchisee at Brazilian Beauty East Brisbane was recently interviewed by a Sydney newspaper. This is her story.
Megan came to Brazilian Beauty over a year ago to enquire about franchising. We knew from our first interview with Megan that she would be a successful franchisee. She has a great energy, a zest for life, loves people and wanted a challenge in her life. Megan has two small children, one at kindergarten and one at primary school. Even though Megan had no previous beauty experience, she had the right personality and was keen to learn and apply the Brazilian Beauty system. With guidance from the Brazilian Beauty support team along with her effort and enthusiasm, success was soon displayed in her figures. Megan’s franchise has achieved the key performance indicators set for her and has benefited from the strong focus on client rebooking and retention (80%), retail sales and client referrals. Megan opened her salon over six months ago and hasn’t looked back. With over 550 returning clients per month and an average spend of $90 per visit, she is well on the way to financial success and has a business that she is very proud of.
Megan was asked what she thought of the Brazilian Beauty franchise system and what drove her to become part of the team.
